What are your Shipping/Processing times?

Getting your items to you promptly is a priority to us and we are looking to expand our resources. Currently, our payment processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your payment has been sucessfully processed your order enters the order processing phase as we prepare your order for shipping. We produce in limited quanties and our processing time may be 5-7 days during busiest times. Shipping At this time we only offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $10. Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days and is fufilled by USPS. Shipping cost is calculated by the cost of packing and shipping your parcel to you. COVID-19 guidelinnes may cause delays where shipping may take up to 2 weeks during our busiest times. What is your Refund/Return Policy

Due to the charitable aspect of our business, all sales made are final when shopping at unless the order qualifies for a refund or a return. 3rd parties CANNOT initiate a refund or return on the behalf of the customer UNLESS they qualify.


Once an purchase is made on our website, the sale is final. In some cases we allow refunds for eligible customers through the refund request process. To be eligible your order must be in the processing phase (see our FAQ section regarding Shipping/Processing) and the request must be made within the grace period. The grace period for return requests is within 24 hours of making the order. If the request is made after the 24 hour grace period, the request will not be approved and the order will eventually mature to the shipping phase. If the order is returned to us intact WITHOUT initial approval from our refund processing team, a refund will NOT be processed and it will be held at our facility for and available for reshipment to the customer for 30 days. Customer will have to pay a reshipment fee but not a restocking fee. If that period expires the items will be restocked and sold. Eligible Customers

In the body section of your message, please state the reason for the refund/return request and allow us 24-48hrs to respond. We will let you know if your request was approved or denied after verfiying eligibility. If you are eligible, we will initiate the process to reverse the funds. For more information contact us. Returns Once an purchase is made on, the sale is final. We do not offer returns in exchange for a refund for any reason. We do, however, offer exhanges when a mistake was made by our packaging team or manufactuer. If the mistake was made on behalf of the customer they are not eligible for a return. We only accept returns on qualifiying orders from eligible customers.
Qualifying Orders For an order to qualify for a return, the items must be in their original packaging, unopened and the seal must not be tampered with. Opened/Re-sealed items are NOT eligible for a return. The request must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase and the customer must be eligible for a return. Any request made for orders that do not meet these requirements will be denied. Eligible customers Eligible customers may request a return through our return request process by contacting us via email within the alotted period at In the subject line, identify yourself and include your order number. In the body, explain your reason for the return request, attach supporting evidence (photos, reciepts, etc) and allow us 24-48 hours to respond and make a decision. We will let you know if your request was approved or denied after verifying eligibility. If you are eligible, we will initiate the process to return and replace your items. There may be fees associated with getting your item to you unless specifically stated otherwise.

How often does MERMAIDGANG donate to charity?

We are down for the cause. MERMAIDGANG is proud to donate 50% of net proceeds to awesome organizations dedicated to saving our seas and protecting marine life. At this time, we donate to our selected organizations on a quarterly basis. We reserve the right to dictate our donation schedule and make any changes to frequency, percentage, or the organizations we support as we see fit.
